Tips to protect your data
1.) Back up; Back up; Back up! Always keep a copy of your data on another type of drive. Test and verify data is secured. Keep at least one copy of your verified data off site. If you need us to we can write a script that will back up your data nightly

3.) Invest in a UPS (Uninteruptible Power Supply) for all your computer equipment.
4.) Make sure you have an up-to-date Anti-Virus
5.) If drive was left in a cold vehicle, allow it to warm up to room temperature before turning on.
If your drive fails on you, or you delete important files, the first thing to remember is to not panick. Turn off your drive and call us.
